By using our Site, booking an appointment or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a booking.

2. Booking and payment

Appointments must be booked via our Site or in-person/phone as agreed.
Payment is due as specified by our booking system or at the time of service. We accept cash, card and Zelle.
Cancellation or rescheduling must follow our Salon Rules page. (Link to the page.)
If you arrive late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service; full or partial payment may still apply.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse our Site (for example hacking, reverse engineering, interfering with operations).
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or licensed to us. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services.
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant service.
